Shipping & Delivery

When you reach checkout, the website will display all available delivery options for your destination, along with their prices and estimated delivery times in working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and any public holidays in either the UK or your destination country.

The estimated delivery times shown are the targets our delivery partners aim to meet but cannot guarantee. While the exact timeframe appears at checkout, general guidelines are as follows:

Monday to Friday
UK – Standard: 4 days | Express: 3 days | DHL Next Day: 1 day
Europe – Standard: 8 days | Express: 4 days
International – Standard: 8–14 days | Express: 6 days

For personalised orders, please allow an additional three working days for embroidery before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and remote areas can experience longer transit times. These estimates are provided to help you plan, though we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors outside our control.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
Orders placed before 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 p.m. are dispatched the following working day and delivered the next working day.
For Friday orders, those placed before 2 p.m. will arrive Monday, while orders placed after 2 p.m. will be delivered Tuesday. A signature is required upon delivery. Dispatch times may vary during peak periods.

Additional Delivery Information
Our couriers strive to meet the estimated shipment dates, but unexpected delays—such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events—may cause extra transit time. Remote regions may require one to two additional days for delivery. In the UK, this includes locations such as Aberdeen, Shetland and Orkney, Oban Depot, the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles, Inverness Depot, BFPO, Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow one extra working day for deliveries to Northern Ireland and one to two extra days for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands, as well as for any required security validation.
