We take the safety of our products very seriously and do everything possible to ensure you and your children can enjoy our toys with complete peace of mind. Each item we make undergoes thorough testing to meet British, American, European, and Australian safety standards. Products that pass these tests display both the CE and UKCA marks as proof of compliance.

Some of our toys include an age suitability recommendation for guidance on safe use. This information can be found on the product page of our website and on the sewn-in label attached to the item. Please make sure to read all labels carefully and remove any packaging before giving a Jellycat toy to a baby or child. We also suggest keeping a note of our address for future reference.

Washing and care instructions are listed on each product’s webpage and on the sewn label inside the toy, using universal care symbols. Many of our items can be washed in a machine at 30 degrees, while others require gentle surface cleaning by hand. We do not recommend tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning any of our toys.
